A candidates must upload clear and legible scanned copies of the following original documents.
- Aadhar Card.
- Matriculation / High School Certificate Examination or equivalent Certificate Degree in Law.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Certificate from the concerned District Judge / Judicial Officer in-Charge of the District Judge of the District, Showing the period of his/her practice at Bar, issued within a period of 3 three month period to the last date of submission of the application.
- Application in the cadre of Public Prosecutor or Assistant Public Prosecutor, are to submit the appointment letter.
- Recent Passport size color photograph with proper orientation.
- Full Signature with proper orientation.
- Two certificate of good character each issued from separate gazette officers, issued within a period of 3 three month period to the closing date of submission of application form.
- The candidates belonging to the category of ST / SC / SEBC shall furnished the certificate from the Competent Authority indicating their respective category.
- The candidates with benchmark disabilities having physical disability shall upload medical certificate or disability certificate from the competent medical board or Authority indicating their benchmark disability.
- Certificate from the competent authority in proof of passing Odia of middle school standard.
- Gazette notification in support of his/her change of name / Surname as explained under.
- No objection certificate or undertaking to this effect.
